All registration fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made for any event, workshop, or service offered by MMGWC, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all events including but not limited to the Holy Spirit Festival, conferences, workshops, and other ministry programs.

Please consider your decision carefully before completing your registration and payment.

Registrations cannot be cancelled. Once you have registered and paid for an event, your registration is final and cannot be cancelled.

We do not offer cancellation options regardless of the time remaining before the event.

This policy ensures proper event planning and resource allocation for all participants.

In the rare event that MMGWC must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, registered participants will be notified immediately.

No monetary refunds, credits, or alternative services will be provided under any circumstances, even if the event is cancelled by MMGWC.

Registration fees paid are considered final and non-recoverable regardless of the reason for cancellation.

By registering for any MMGWC event, participants acknowledge and accept this policy completely.

No exceptions are made for personal circumstances including but not limited to:

• Medical emergencies or illness

• Travel restrictions or transportation issues

• Family emergencies or personal conflicts

• Changes in work schedule or other commitments

We understand that unexpected situations arise, but our no-refund policy applies universally.

While refunds and cancellations are not permitted, you may transfer your registration to another person under the following conditions:

• Transfer must be requested at least 48 hours before the event

• Both original registrant and new participant details must be provided

• The new participant must meet all event eligibility requirements

• A processing fee of ₹200 applies for registration transfers
